USE CASES

Use cases: put different work in different profiles.

One profile per purpose is the simplest and most reliable rule for using an antidetect browser. Below, common ways of working are listed with recommended setups, the features involved and the limits to keep in mind.

Updated

Multi-account operations: stores, social media and content teams

Create one profile for each store or social media account you are authorized to manage. Login state, cookies and extension data are stored separately, and the numbers in window titles and on the Dock / taskbar help you avoid opening the wrong account.

Recommended setup
AreaRecommendation
ProfilesOne profile per account; use groups for platforms and tags for owners or regions
FingerprintA seed-based template; keep the seed unchanged once the account is in long-term use
NetworkA separate proxy for each profile, network identity set to “Follow Proxy Exit” and exit changes set to “Block Launch and Ask”
Daily routineOpen the day’s profiles in bulk and test their proxies in bulk; export a migration package regularly as a backup

Ad campaigns and landing page checks

Use proxy exits in different regions to see how ads and landing pages actually appear, and check language, currency, redirects and loading.

Recommended setup
AreaRecommendation
ProfilesOne profile per target region, such as “US · Landing page check” and “Germany · Landing page check”
NetworkUse a proxy in the matching region and run “Test Connection” to confirm the country, city and time zone
LanguageLanguage and Accept-Language follow the proxy exit automatically (24 built-in countries / regions)
RecordsHave AI take screenshots or summarize page content via MCP (Pro), or take screenshots manually for your records

Web development and QA testing

Prepare reproducible test profiles for different languages, time zones, login states and browser versions, so you can reproduce issues under the same conditions.

Recommended setup
AreaRecommendation
ProfilesName profiles by test purpose, such as “English site compatibility test” or “New user sign-up flow”
KernelWith Pro, pin test profiles to a specific Chromium version that stays the same when you update the app
Startup pageAdd your local development URL to the startup pages so the profile opens straight to the test page
AutomationCreate profiles in bulk and start or close them with the local API; use MCP to let AI read pages, click and fill in forms

Extension and wallet isolation

Keep extension accounts and wallet extensions for different purposes in separate profiles. Extension data is isolated per profile, which reduces the risk that a problem in one profile spreads to the others.

Recommended setup
AreaRecommendation
ExtensionsInstall from the Chrome Web Store and enable only in the profiles that need them
BackupsFull backup folders are not encrypted; for sensitive data such as wallets, prefer the encrypted migration package
AIWith Pro, MCP can select pages opened by extensions (such as confirmation windows) so that AI you have authorized can read and click them

Related features: Extension management · Backups and migration

AI automation: give AI only the profiles it needs

Let an AI client read, organize and fill in forms in profiles prepared for the purpose, while your everyday accounts stay invisible to it.

Recommended setup
AreaRecommendation
AccessIn “Local AI · MCP”, keep “Allow individually” and set only the profiles you need to “Always allow”
TasksStart with read-only tasks, and allow clicking and submitting only after checking the results
Wrap-upWhen a task ends, release its task session and take back the profile’s access; turn off Global MCP access to pause everything at once, and use the emergency stop if something goes wrong

  • Team collaboration where several people share the same profiles in real time with permission management (Prism does not offer cloud sync or member management).
  • Scenarios that require mobile or Linux desktop fingerprints.
